Hi! I'm Ginger. I've been selling real estate in Alaska since 1994 and have studied diligently on how to evaluate property values for the Fairbanks and North Pole area. I consider it an honor when a client chooses me to be their representative in making possibly one of the largest financial decisions in their lives in regards to selling or purchasing real estate. I research the local and national markets to stay on the cutting edge of real estate technology. Having served as the President of the Greater Fairbanks Board of Realtors as well as on numerous supporting committees, I've stayed abreast of issues effecting the real estate industry.
I have acquired my Alaska Broker license as well as many other awards for excellence in the real estate industry. In 2004 I was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. I did love the years spent with Remax and have many fond memories with that company but it was a long time dream to open an independent brokerage and that decision has proven to be the right choice for me.
In 2008 I recieved the honor of being nominated as one of Fairbanks Favorite Realtors through the Daily Newsminer Readers Choice Awards! Wow! What an honor! That is one award I don't think I can top but I'll continue to try.
My husband and I are both real estate licensees in the state of Alaska. We have two adult children as well as young grandchildren so we understand the issues that families face in todays economy.
We arrived in Alaska in 1992, stationed at Eielson Air Force base. We decided in 1995 that Alaska was the perfect place to raise our family and decided to make it our permanent duty station.
I am Certified Residential Specialist as well as an Accredited Buyer Representative thus I have the knowledge and experience necessary to assist the customers who choose me as their realtor. I know that decisions made in real estate can either be harmful or helpful to a financial portfolio.
